Dr. Kuperman began his practice in Fort Worth in 1972. In 1975, he opened an additional office to serve the Burleson area. Dr. Kuperman diagnoses, plans and monitors each patient's treatment and progress.
Dr. Kuperman is a native Texan, born and raised in Breckenridge. After graduating from the New Mexico Military Institute, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, and in 1970 graduated 4th in his class from Baylor Dental School. While at Baylor, he was elected to membership on Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Baylor Odontological Honor Society based on scholarship and achievement. He obtained his orthodontic training and his Master of Science in Biomedical
Sciences in 1972 at the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston.
Continuing education has been the focal point of Dr. Kuperman's career. He sponsored numerous continuing education courses in the Fort Worth area before serving as chairman of the Continuing Education Committee for the Fort Worth District Dental Society for seven years. He maintains an ongoing commitment to his own, as well as his staff's, continuing education which far exceeds requirements.
Dr. Kuperman maintains active participation in many organizations including the local dental society, Texas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, Southwestern Society of Orthodontics, American Association of Orthodontics, American Equilibration Society, and the Foundation of Orthodontic Research. He is one of 40 doctors in the Invisalign Alpha Group and is a leading doctor for many of Invisalign's research projects. Currently, he has a patent pending for a virtual indirect bonding system.
He and his wife, Pam, have two grown children, Jeffrey and Kelly. In his spare time, Dr. Kuperman enjoys computers and cheering on his alma mater, the University of Texas.
